Official Rules
- Sponsor: Immersion Sauna & Cold Plunge, 2752 Erie Ave, Suite 4, Cincinnati, OH 45208.
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Ohio, age 18+. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
- Promotion Period: The Giveaway runs on a recurring basis, beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of each calendar month and ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that same month. Each monthly period is a separate promotion.
- How to Enter:
- Studio Visit: One (1) entry per person per calendar day when a customer checks in at the studio.
- No Purchase Necessary / AMOE: To enter without visiting, mail a postcard (no envelope) with your full name, address, phone, and email to:

Each postcard received counts as one (1) entry, limited to one per person per calendar day. Postcards must be postmarked during the applicable monthly promotion period and received within three (3) days after that month ends. - Limit: One entry per person per calendar day total, regardless of entry method.
- Prizes: Sponsor will announce prizes for each month at the start of that month. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes will also be disclosed at that time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in that monthly period.
- Drawing & Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing within seven (7) days after the end of each monthly promotion period. Potential winners will be notified by phone or email and must respond within five (5) days. Failure to respond or provide required documents may result in disqualification and an alternate selection.
- Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. For prizes totaling $600 or more in a calendar year, winners must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC.
- General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
- Publicity: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and city for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for technical, postal, or human errors which may occur in the administration of this promotion.
